An experiment on Black-and-White pure breed and different genotypes of Holstein-Friesian crossbred primiparous cows was carried out. The higher milk performance in crossbred cows than in pure breed ones was stated. The similar content of protein, fat, dry matter and casein in milk of all genotypes was observed
