Experiment on 1050 White Rock cockerels kept under standard environment conditions until 56 day of life was carried out. Five feeding variants were applied differing in crude protein content, feed composition and feeding regime. The lower weight gain and feed conversion efficiency in chickens given the low-protein diet than in control ones was observed
