Analysing hops produced in Vojvodina growing region (Yugoslavia) during a 30 years period from 1959 to 1990 changes in hop quality were determined. Concerning the total resins and alfa-acids content the hop quality varied from year to year following a slight but constant decreasing tendency in all cultivars, especially during the last ten years of the period observed.
