The present investigation carried out as a planned budget, theme as well as on extra orders deals with the following problems: quince processing, composition of preservatives and their amount required in the soft drink "Cidonade", technology of storing frozen berries, production of dry jelly with quince additives using apple flavour as a fragrant, infusing KJ into animal feed premixes, elaboration of new antianemic components for animal feed. The experimental samples of the antianemic components have been produced and aprobated.
