Usefulness of core of sugar corn colb for nutrition

There was carried out research on chemical content of core of sugar corn colb, which becomes waste during its processing. The highest content is water, than fiber which amounts to 49 percent. It consists of celullose, hemicellulose and lignin. There are also proteins and fat, but with very small content. High content of magnesium and lack of lead are stated
