Comparative study on chemical content of meat from local Strandja lambs and kids

Results from the study showed that in dry matter content there were no considerable differences between groups.At the end of experiment dry matter content for lambs was 30.79% and for kids - 26.98% or the advantage of first group was 3.81%.It was due to higher fat content being 10.73% for lambs and 6.83% for kids.
