[The content of main organic acids in Chenomele Japonica]

Ruisa, S. (Dobele Horticulture Plantbreeding and Experiment Station, Dobele (Latvia))

Organic acids content in the fruits and products of Chenomele Japonica as well as the influence of acids on their quality have been analysed at Dobele Horticulture Plant Breeding and Experiment Station. The resulting data of analyses are presented in two tables. The analyses show that fruits of Chenomele Japonica are suitable for industrial processing and can be substituted for imported raw material.
