[Vitamin content in barley and products of its milling]

Content of E, B1 and B2 vitamins has been determined in barley and various products of its milling using the equipment "Fluorart 01". It has been stated that peripheral layers of grain contain the highest amount of vitamins. The growing region influences vitamin amount as well.
