The use of overdried grain as natural sorbent in grain conservation and storage processes was proposed. Mathematical model of moisture transfer was formulated. Either, computer simulation and empirical results showed correctness of the model. On the basis of assumed theory and empirical experiments the optimum proportion of sorbate and sorption agents was calculated
