Valorigraphic parameters of herbicide- and fungicide-treated wheat varieties

Flours from herbicide- and fungicide-treated wheat crops were characterized using valorigraphic and rheological parameters and changes in flour quality were evaluated. The study was performed in 1999, which was a wetter than average year. The chemical treatments were carried out in various phenophases.
