The purpose was to determine the effect of different fertilization systems on the content of molasses forming components and expenditure of technological sugar in sugar beetroots. The following objects were compared: A - nourished with mineral fertilizers, B - fertilized with manure and mineral fertilizers, C - fertilized with straw, green and mineral fertilizers, and D - fertilized with compost and biopreparations (ecological fertilization).
