Milling properties of wheat crop 2004 determined by laboratory milling procedure

In the paper, milling properties of wheat crop 2004 are discussed. The milling properties were determined by laboratory milling procedure providing useful information on wheat quality using small amounts of samples. Many parameters of milling quality were determined, including indirect and direct ones such as flour yield and ash content of various mill products.
