A isolatino bed was used in forcing culture tomato, and fruit nutritive value such as vitamin C content was raised by giving it moisture stress, and it increased sugar content, and it was possible that it improved a food taste. However, the infuence given to the mineral element and amino acid content wasn't admitted.
