In this paper were analyzed relationship among composition of Glu-1 alleles and traits of technological quality in 18 Kragujevac wheat cultivars and lines. Determination of Glu-1 alleles conducted on SDS polyacrilamide gel in comparison with electrophoregrams of check cultivars. Traits of technological quality (sedimentation volume of proteins, loaf volume) were analyzed by standard laboratory methods. Thwe positive relationships were established between sedimentation protein volume and Glu-A1b, Glu-B1b, Glu-D1d. High values of loaf volume were established at the cultivars which carried alleles a and b at Glu-A, c at Glu-B1, and d at Glu-D1. Relationship between alleles Glu-1 and technological quality traits can useful in wheat breeding.
