During 2006 we monitored the content of additives in the products of two big producers and two small ones in Southern Backa and Srem areas (Serbia). A total of 256 samples were examined. On the basis of the examinations it can be concluded that the producers, despite the difference in volume and the way of production, as well as possesion of internal laboratories, use additives according to the regulations.
