According to the presented results, it can be concluded that different plant residues used as carbon sources, as well as nitrogen concentrations, considerably affect the production of Mn-dependent peroxidase, versatile peroxidase and laccase and total protein content by Ganoderma carnosum, during solid-state cultivation. Moreover, Ganoderma carnosum is a far weaker producer of ligninolytic enzymes than Ganoderma lucidum.
