Thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity values of foods

This paper reports the thermal conductivity - temperature and thermal diffusivity - temperature relationships and for granular materials moisture content relations. Two temperature ranges were measured according to experimental materials. Two types of thermophysical characteristics progresses were found (linear or polynomic). It strongly depends on structure and character of measured material. All results are summarized in tables and graphs.
