The production of natural concentrated products (NCP) using low-temperature cold (LTC) is a definite step to reach the aim – taking by functional food an estimable place in human nutrition. The last variant named LTC-frigo technology comprises conserving a fresh product and its concentration by means of LTC, fine grindingand biocorrect drying. Using LTC in a range of temperatures of 50 to 100 degrees C allows completely retaining the biological activity of just obtained, prepared or caught product, as well as provides its embrittlement greatly increasing thereby the efficiency of the following grinding. Fine grinding a product allows obtaining a finish product in form of a superfine powder, as well as improving the efficiency of the drying process due to multiple zooming of the specific surface of a material. LTC treatment involves air pressure-reducing equipment, grinding involves devices based on a rotary digital disintegrator traveling cold air to the operating zone. The functional food is supposed to be produced by adding LTC-frigo products to conventional products. They, as an active component will determine the directivity and physiological effect. A kit of LTC-frigo which is physiologically active can help to predict the prophylactic, correcting or therapeutic effect on the organism of a certain person and give recommendations for his or her nutrition system. The LTC-frigo technology is specially effective in the cases palatability traits, shape, traditions and some other factors make using natural products in the primary form difficult (for example, milt). The LTC-frigo technology also allows expanding the world food resource by involving such sources which were not considered earlier to be food.
