Use of the fermented fish waste as forage component will allow to improve food and biological value, and also to reduce energy expenses. For research various enzymes have been used: predatory, fresh-water fishes and detrytophags. For reception of enzymes of predatory fishes interiors salmon have been used, as a source of enzymes of fresh-water fishes was the silver carp is taken, enzymes detrytophags are received at cutting Cucumaria. The chosen components have been used in various parities and combinations. It has been as a result defined that enzymes of predatory fishes are not capable to hydrolyze carbohydrates to the full. Enzymes of fresh-water fishes and detrytophags have shown maximum hydrolytic effect. Thus, they can be recommended for use in preparation of a component of forage
