Comodor 20 SL is a new product of the chloronicotinyl insecticide imidacloprid; 1- (6- chloro _ 3 _ pyridymethyle) _ N _ nitroimidazolin _ 2 _ ylideneamine. The acute oral LD50 (rat) is 450 mg/kg (toxicity class II). The efficacy of the insecticide Comodor 20 SL was evaluated by Ahmed Salih in season 2006/2007 against whitefly on tomato at New Halfa Research Station Farm.
