Comodor 20 SL is a new product of the chloronicotinyl insecticide imidacloprid; 1- (6- chloro _ 3 _ pyridymethyle) _ N _ nitroimidazolin _ 2 _ ylideneamine. The acute oral LD50 (rat) is 450 mg/kg (toxicity class II). The efficacy of the insecticide Comodor 20 SL was evaluated by Ahmed Salih in season 2006/2007 against whitefly on tomato at New Halfa Research Station Farm. In this study, the fate of the residue of immidacloprid in tomato was investigated after spraying comodor 20SL in the field
