In this experiment control quality of honeydew honey and blossom honey selected indicators from different countries (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Argentine) we observed. Water content of honeydew honey and blossom honey from Czech (CR) and Slovak republic (SR) correspondent with Codex Alimentarius CA SR (2006). Honeydew honey from Argentina has water content 20.33 %, it is at 0.33 % higher as CA SR permissive. Acidity titration of honeydew honey (10.7-29.00 mev per kg) and blossom honey correspondent and was significant lower (P less or equal than 0.001), than permissive CA SR. Electrical conductivity was in honeydew honey from 0.46 mS per cm (Argentina) to 0.72 mS per cm (SR) and in blossom honey was from 0.16 mS per cm (CR) to 0.26 mS per cm (SR) and value correspondent with CA SR. Method of Fiehe we determined break of Argentina honeydew honey and this honey is necessary eliminate from market. We dont determined presence of coliforms bacteria after microbiological analysis. From the point of quality without honey from Argentina we recommend use all honey samples in food chain of human.
