Show more [+] Less [-]English. Co-culture is one of the Agrobacterium mediated gene transformation methods. In addition to the choice of antibiotics，Agrobacterium strain and optical density，time of the pre-culture and co-culture，optimization of factors affecting transformation are also very important in developing an efficient genetic transformation protocol. The optimized factors were introduced in co-culture method in order to provide methods and basis for enhancing the efficiency of Agrobacterium mediated transformation.
