Specialty corn hybrids program provides a wide range of new possibilities for the development of biologically valuable food based on corn. This paper describes the grain quality of selected ZP specialty corn hybrids. The physical properties, structure and chemical composition of the corn kernel of white and red corn, popcorn, flint and semi-flint corn, waxy type corn were also compared with those of standard kernel quality.
