DEUTSCH: Bei Einsatz von Fetten mit hohem Anteil an oligo- und polymeren Strukturen in Gefluegel- und Schweinefuttermitteln ist ein Absinken der Zuwachsleistung nur durch eine Steigerung der Futteraufnahme zu kompensieren. Damit ist eine Verschlechterung der Futterverwertung verbunden. Dimere bzw. trimere Fettsaeuren konnten nicht verwertet werden.
