The successive fraction of milk received during hand milking without (main milk) and after injection of synthetic oxytocin (complementary milk) had been studied. Higher content of fat and lower content of protein and lactose in the complementary than in main milk was stated. There was no difference in the amino acid composition of total milk protein in analysed fractions of milk.
