La premiere partie de ce rapport fait le point sur les resultats du projet AVAL en tenant compte des principaux enjeux qui le justifient : nourrir les villes, valoriser les ressources locales, promouvoir les entreprises agroalimentaires. La deuxieme partie presente les operations suivies lors de la mission realisee au Benin et au Burkina Faso. Elle montre de maniere concrete la demarche suivie dans les operations de transfert de savoir-faire et d' innovation technologique entre ces pays de la region ouest-africaine BASE SR950620.
