DEUTSCH: Die Vitamine werden aus einer Verseifungsloesung in 2 getrennten HPLC-Trennungsgaengen bestimmt. Die UV-Absorption wird bei 292 mm gemessen. Die Methode liefert reproduzierbare Werte mit Wiederfindungsraten von ueber 90%.
