A number of methods to determine diethylene glycole (DEG) in wines was proposed. Most of them used GLC as analytical method. In this paper, the authors experiment the utilization of several stationary phases, different columns and a number of methods of preparation of the sample for the analysis. The aim of the paper is to estimate the sensitivity of the experimented methods.
