Developing method for quantification of ability of natural chelators to extract heavy metals

In order to supply need for data about antioxidant abilities and capacity of extraction of heavy metals, we developed method for quantification of ability of natural chelators to extract heavy metals. We treated ten different samples of garlic with aqueous solutions of Pb, As and Cd (4 ppm). Techniques from investigation of solubility were implemented in order to give precise quantification and visualization of capacity of samples to extract heavy metals.
