English. The study was carried out in the conditions of the forest steppe of the Krasnoyark region in 2014-2015. The objective was to define the palatability by animals of different species (bovine and small cattle, rabbits) of forage crops of different groups in the form of soiling and silage feeding. Research aims were to establish reasonable mowing terms (RMT) and to determine the fodder value of plants. On the basis of the carried-out research works coefficients of forages palatability by animals of pure and mixed crops, perennial herbs in the Krasnoyarsk region were established. Исследование проводилось в условиях лесостепи Красноярского края в 2014-2015 гг. Цель - определение поедаемости животными разных видов (крупный и мелкий рогатый скот, кролики) кормовых культур различных групп в виде зеленой подкормки и сенажа. Задачи исследования: установить оптимальные сроки скашивания (ОСС) и определить кормовую ценность растений. На основании проведенных научно-исследовательских работ установлены коэффициенты поедаемости кормов животными малораспространенных, однолетних в чистых и смешанных посевах, многолетних трав – в Красноярского края. Установлены ОСС различных по видовому составу и соотношению смесей кормовых культур (40 и 50% от нормы высева). Для просовидных мятликовых растений – это период "ветвление – выметывание"
