English. In course of the research there were studied the influence of soil types and ways to intensify the quality of dry matter of Lucerne (medic - Medlcago sativa), cultivated on anthropogenic-transformed peat soils of different stages of transformation, its nutritional and energy value. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in 2009-2013 in the Polesje Experimental Station for Land Reclamation and Grassland Farming, Brest region. As a result of realized research there were revealed the data on Lucerne dry matter quality, cultivating on anthropogenically-transformed peat soil of Polesje with diverse organic matter content - 5-21%. It was found experimentally that on the anthropogenically-transformed peat soil of Polesje lucerne could been efficiently cultivate and provide green mass productivity level on 410-700 c/ha, raw protein 19.69-22.13 g/kg d.w., row fat 2.97-3.56 g/kg d.w., exchange energy for cattle 10.07-10.91 MJ, fodder unit - 0.82-0.96 respectively in dependence on the intensification method and cutting sequence.
