Relative assessment of efficiency aromamatic hop varieties in Belarus

Почвенно-климатические условия Республики Беларусь благоприятны для роста и развития различных по скороспелости ароматических сортов хмеля из разных регионов мира. Из возделываемых ароматических сортов по уровню урожайности шишек и содержанию в них альфа-кислот выделяются сорта Национальный, Perle и Northern Brewer. На дерново-подзолистых супесчаных почвах Республики Беларусь по уровню урожайности выделялись в 2014 г. сорта Национальный (9,7-11,4 ц/га) и Perle (9,0-11,3 ц/га), а в 2015 – Национальный и 137 Northern Brewer (9,6-10,5 ц/га). Хотя урожайность сорта Perle в 2015 г. снизилась, следует отметить высокую потенциальную продуктивность сорта Perle, для которого характерно большое количество формирующихся шишек и максимальные показатели листовой массы. Более высоким содержанием alpha-кислот характеризовались сорта Национальный, Northern Brewer и Perle, как в 2014 г. (соответственно 9,8, 8,5 и 6,8%), так и в 2015 г. (7,4, 6,1 и 4,0%), обеспечившие максимальный сбор alpha-кислот с единицы площади. Наиболее высокие коэффициенты соотношения beta/alpha кислот получены у сортов Thettnanger (0,82-0,89), Spalter Select (0,75-0,81) и Национальный (0,65-0,77).
