Disasters ruthlessly impact the environment, infrastructure, socio-economy and societal development, affecting the lives of individuals and community at large. A proactive disaster management approach focusing on leveraging crucial human resource is imperative to change the outcome of disasters and mass casualty incidents (MCIs).
