It has been proved that the fungus developed the most2048 intensively on the malt 1% nutrient medium and the most weakly on the Czapek-Doxa nutrient medium. Only spores of the colony at age of 3 days showed 100% germination. But it did not succeed to isolate the Kabatiella zeae from the maize seeds.
