Attitude of West Java people in consuming fresh and cured fish

Study on the people attitude in consuming fresh and cured fish has been carried out in West Java. Consumer responses toward taste, nutritive value, cooking methode and price of fresh and cured fish were analyzed. They were compared to those toward other animal protein source, such as tempe and tofu. The data were then analysed using rating scale technique. The result showed that people in West Java seems to eat fresh and cured fish more than any ather animal protein sources.
