German. Die Verbrennungsmethode nach DUMAS stellt eine echte Alternative zur Kjeldahlmethode dar (Korrelation 0.9993). Bei Getreide stimmen die Rohproteingehalte exakt ueberein, bei Grundfuttermitteln waren die Werte nach DUMAS etwas hoeher. Wesentlich exaktere Ergebnisse nach DUMAS fuer Sojaschrot.
