English. In this work the fatty acid distribution in the whole lipidic fraction of Agaricus bisporus and Pleurotus ostreatus, the most cultivated mushrooms in Italy, was examined. In questo lavoro e' stata esaminata la distribuzione degli acidi grassi totali presenti nell'Agaricus bisporus e nel Pleurotus ostreatus, i due generi di funghi piu' coltivati in Italia. Dell'Agaricus bisporus sono state considerate sia la varieta' "bianca" che quella "crema", dovute a due differenti tipi di cultivar. Le analisi degli acidi grassi in forma carbossilica sono state effettuate mediante gascromatografia (GC), utilizzando un'opportuna colonna capillare in silica fusa
