To continue the research about the catalytic action of some organo-metallic compounds on the oxidative evolution of vegetable oils, the effects produced by Cr(II), Cu(II), Mn(II) and MN(III) 2.4-pentanedionates, Cu(II) and Pb(II) 4-cyclohexylbutirrates, Cr(III) tris [1-phenylbutanedionate-(1.3)], Sn(II) 2-ethylhexanoate, Sn(IV) tetraoctyl and Cu(II) phthalocyanine on films of virgin and rectified olive oils are examined.
