German. Offenbar ist bei Triticale der Zuchtfortschritt im Kornertrag mit einer Absenkung der Protein- und Mineralstoffkonzentrationen assoziiert. Einige Sorten weichen jedoch deutlich von der allgemeinen Regression ab. Proteinreiche Sorten zeigen gleichzeitig hohe Mineralstoffkonzentrationen.
