In the study, among the vegetables that are eaten in the Aegean Region, parsley, arugula, dill, mint, cress, purslane, basil and lettuce, the weed species detected in the production areas, the species with the risk of containing harmful components (glycosides, alkaloids, phenolic compounds, etc.) determined on the basis of publications.
