As part of the work, a survey on the consumption of bakery street food products was carried out, which helped us to identify and establish consumer preferences. This is further evidence that there are people in the RM who consume this type of product. Most of them, about 80%, realise that obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and other illnesses occur as a result of frequent consumption. However, there are also people who show a lack of interest in this area of food, consuming what is without information.
