Abstract: Common foodstuffs, categorized into a number of major food groups, are identified in this series of food lists. Food group categories include 1) cereals and grains, 2) nuts and seeds, 3) meats, 4) poultry, 5) seafoods, 6) tuber vegetables, 7) green vegetables, 8) fruit vegetables, 9) fruit, 10) spices and seasonings, 11) flour, and 12) drinks and refreshments. Food lists are available in Cambodian, Vietnamese, and Laotian. Each is written in a two-column format, with the major language and English printed side-by-side.
