Abstract: This book has two specific goals: to inform the medical student, physician or paramedical professional (dietitian, nurse, nurse practitioner, physicians assistant, etc.) of the medical facts that will equip them to respond appropriately to patients' questions; and to inform the layperson who is interested in learning more about nutrition.
