An analysis of the locational variation of the protein content of Oklahoma wheat
1981
Updaw, N.J.
Extract: The results of this study indicate that a significant relationship existed between the average protein content of wheat and its location of production in Oklahoma over the 1967-1973 crop years. In general, average protein content declined as location changed from west to east across the state. In the absence of any evidence to the contrary, it must be assumed that this pattern exists to this day.
