Koshti, Omkar A. | Singh, Doris M.
Present investigation was undertaken to survey angiospermic macrophyte diversity in Pajhar Lake Kurli of Nipani Taluka, District Belgaum (Karnataka State). The study involved extensive floristic survey of the study area, during January, 2020 to December, 2021. 51 species belonging to 44 genera and 28 families were recorded. Fabaceae Lindl. was found to be the most dominant family, followed by Convolvulaceae Juss. The assessment of macrophyte diversity was done by calculating species frequency, richness and dominance.

2022
Bhopale, A.B. | Namdas, D. D.
The plants of Flaveria trinervia (Asteraceae) were subjected to phytochemical screening. For this purpose methanol, ethanol, and aqueous extract of leaf, stem, root, and tops of Flaveria trinervia (Sprengel) C. Mohr (Asteraceae) were used. The result indicated presence of alkaloids, phenol, flavonoid, tannin, glycoside, coumarins, amino acids, and proteins. The leaf extract contained higher amounts of these secondary metabolites.

In the present study Glutathione - S -Transferase (GDT) - 11GS, Acetyl Transferase (AT) - 2PQT, Sulfotransferase (ST) - 3BFX proteins were successfully docked with Spathulenol and Toddalinine-k lead molecules. The Fitness scores of Spathulenol and Toddalinine- k were calculated with the help of Schrodinger Suite software It was concluded that Toddalinine - k could be a potent agent of respiratory diseases.

In this paper, Mg₀.₆Zn₀.₃CrₓFe₂O₄ferrite nanoparticles synthesized by using lime juice extract the prepared ferrite nanoparticles were characterized by using XRD, SEM, UV- Visible Spectrometer from XRD studies reveal that the formation of spinel cubic structure phase ferrite nanoparticles. The, Mg₀.₆Zn₀.₃CrₓFe₂O₄ ferrite nanoparticles have been synthesized by using lime juice extract. The photocatalytic activity has been studied to probe the degradation of methylene blue dye under sunlight irradiation. It is observed enhanced photocatalytic degradation with the green synthesized nanoparticles. Green synthesized nanoparticles studies with dye degradation revels that these nanoparticles are useful in removing pollutants from water.
