There were presented data of morphological analysis of blood and tissues from a place of vaccine administration and organs of immune system (thymus and lien) of rats vaccinated against a canicola fever of pigs by a produced in the Republic of Belarus vaccine containing in its structure various adjuvants. The vaccination was realized in combination with immunostimulative drugs. Level of specific antibodies of rats and rabbits after immunization with the analyzed preparations as well as with and without immunostimulative drugs were analysed.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was determined the influence of nutritional medium composition on pathogenic properties of leptospirosis bacteria, by an example of 6 pathogenic strains: Leptospira pomona; Leptospira tarassovi; Leptospira grippothyphosa; Leptospira icterrohaemorragia; Leptospira conicola; Leptospira hardjo. During the study there were used the following media: serum-supplemented vitaminized medium on the basis of buck serum; serum-supplemented medium with a growth factor; serum-supplemented vitaminized medium with antlbody biosynthesis growth factor; semisynthetic Russel's medium. According to the results of realized studies there was developed a correlation between terms of leptospirosis bacteria survivability in laboratory animals depending on cultivation medium. In course of the study there were analyzed terms of Leptospira persistence in guinea pigs.

The data on an inactivation scheme for the agent of porcine pasteurellosis, development of the inactivated vaccine and ratio of the antigen and adjuvant are presented. As a result of the realized research it has been established, that for Pasteurella inactivation it is necessary to use formalin in concentration of 0,5% at an exposition at 1 hour. At vaccine producing it is necessary to apply an antigene parity to adjuvant 50:50 as the received vaccine does not concede on all parameters to the vaccine in which a parity of components accordingly 40:60. Thus received vaccine possesses smaller reactogenicity and more adjuvanticity. One of the basic conditions of reception of homogeneous stable emulsion is warming up of water and oil phases to temperature 30 deg С (+/-1 deg С). | Представлены сведения о разработке схемы инактивации возбудителя для изготовления инактивированной вакцины, а также о выборе соотношения антигена и адъюванта. В результате проведенных исследований было установлено, что для инактивации пастерелл следует использовать формалин в концентрации 0,5% при экспозиции в 1 час. При изготовлении вакцины необходимо применять соотношение антигена к адъюванту 50:50, так как полученная вакцина не уступает по всем параметрам вакцине, в которой соотношение компонентов соответственно 40:60. При этом полученная вакцина обладает меньшей реактогенностью и большей иммуногенностью. Одним из основных условий получения однородной стабильной эмульсии является подогревание водной и масляной фаз до температуры 30 deg С (+/-1 deg С).

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied sterility, harmlessness and immunoactivity of an obtained production vaccine against swine pasteurellosis by an example of laboratory animals – white mice and rabbits. Research results showed that the obtained vaccine was sterile and harmless for the laboratory animals, and had a high immunogenic activity. The analyzed vaccine prevented disease incidence of white mice after its double application in dose of 0,1 ml per animal and after a single immunization of mice in dose of 0,2 ml per animal. The inactivated vaccine caused the formation of immunity of rabbits after double immunization in dose of 1 ml per animal with 14 days interval and provided 100% vitality of animals.

Analysis of veterinary and sanitary examination and quality of cattle slaughter products after cattle clamidiosis was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus from April, 2004 till January, 2006. Over all these research periods there were studied 1579 cattle heads and their slaughter products. The usual salting of meat and other products with the purpose of their clearing from chlamydiosis was unsuitable for practical application. Due to long-term (1,5-9 months) persistence of chlamydia in parenchymal organs for the prevention of people infection and chlamydiosis spreading it is necessary to realize slaughter of diseased animals at a diseased animal slaughter house or in a killing department at the end of working shift with observance of measures of individual preventive maintenance and the subsequent disinfection of a premise, the equipment, stock and tools.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was developed and a simple and applicable for industrial production method of immunoglobulin production against animal salmonellosis. The following initial raw materials were used for production of the specific immunoglobulin: blood serum of bulls which were hyperimmunized with formolated antigen on the basis of four serovars: S. typimurium; S. abortusovis; S. dublin; S. choleraesuis. In course of the study there were analyzed chemical and biological indexes of immunoglobulin of experimemtal series; determination of the preparation doses for white mice and pigeons. The experimental work on production of immunoglobulin against salmonellosis made it possible to develop a technological scheme of the analyzed preparation production. In course of the experiment there were found optimal conditions for serum fractionation; there were developed methods of its conservation, sterilization and quality control of the specific immunoglobulin.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized a cultivation of pasteurellas by different methods in Hottinger broth in 37 deg C temperature in course of 24 hours. Tissue culture properties were studied in accordance with the character of bacteria growth in liquid nutritive media and at the agar surface. Research results showed that in 7 hours after cultivation in media with application of shuttel apparatus and addition of glucose it was possible to obtain the highest quantity of viable pasteurellas with a high degree of virulence. The obtained culture on the basis of obtained results was proposed to be used for the production of virulence antigen.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was produced a trial series of hyperimmune serum against livestock animals colibacillosis and there was realized the quality control of the analysed biological preparation. Research results proved that the developed serum was sterile, safe and had high immunogenetic activity. In course of quality control there were considered the following indexes: determination of physiognomy, colour, presence of visually accessible particulate matters; determination of safety and harnfullness; determination of activity; determination of concentration of hydrogen ions; determination of sterility; determination of serum volume in consumption package. For serum production there were used strains E.coli O9, O78, O0, O117, O26, O139, O15, O41, O55, O115, O141, O8, K88, K99, F41, 987P. For the production of trial series there was realized cultivation of Escherichia on the special nutritive media. There used bulls as serum producers

Studying of cultural, morphological and enzymatic properties of isolated from a calf strain Salmonella enteritidis was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. There was presented quantity and results of bacteriologic examinations for cattle salmonellosis realized in the district veterinary services in Belarus in course of three years. There was presented quantity and results of serovars of salmonellas isolated from the pathologic material from cattle obtained in course of three-year analysis: S. typhimurium, S. enteritidis, S. dublin, S. panama. The following enzicymatic properties of the studied strain were analyzed: glucose, sucrose, manna sugar, citrate, methyl red, Voges-Proskauer reaction, mobility, indole, sulphuretted hydrogen, and urea. Determination of antibiotic susceptibility of strain S. enteritidis was presented. Initial data for calculation LD50 was given. Research results showed that the studied microorganisms were the representatives of family Enterobakteriacea, genus Salmonella, species S. enteritidis

Analysis of manifestation of chlamydial infection of cattle in the conditions of forage affect with mycotoxins was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Research results showed that chlamydial infection proceeded in association with aflatoxin, T-2 toxin, deoxynivalenol, zearalenone and ochratoxin. In course of the biochemical analysis there was noted the lowering of carotene on 23%, and vitamin A – in two times; also there was slight lowering of alkaline reserve. The obtained data proved the substantial changes in content of sub-populations of lymphocytes in cow blood in dry and postnatal period. During the immunological study of immunoglobulins in blood serum of cows sick with postpartum chlamydial endometritis it was revealed that titre of immunoglobulin A was on 31% higher.
