Лечение больных телят поливалентной антитоксической сывороткой против сальмонеллеза телят, поросят и птиц

Results of studying of therapeutic efficiency of developed in the Republic of Belarus biological preparation of trial series against salmonellosis of animals and birds in the conditions of experimental salmonellosis of calves were presented. Research results showed that dualfold application of multivalent antitoxic serum against salmonellosis of calves, piglets and birds which was caused by association of S. Dublin, S. typhimurium, and S. enteritidis was accompanied by activation of humoral immunity. It was revealed in increasing of agglutinating activity of blood serum against S. enteritidis – in 11,5 times, against S. typhimurium – in 10,5 times, and against S. Dublin – in 10,0 times in 6 days after introduction of infection (4-th day after second application serum). Content of Ig M in blood serum calves which were treated with experimental serum increased in 2,0 times on the 6-th day after introduction of infection. Quantity of Ig G increased in 2,6 times by the 6-th day after introduction of infection. All these changes were typical for the clinical recovery of animals. Treatment efficiency of application of the analyzed serum was 75%

Possibility of increasing of meat productivity of ducklings of Temp cross after application of duck parental forms of German selection was studied in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. In course of study there was revealed the dynamics of changes of live weight and feed expenses for live weight gain of linear and hybrid ducklings; as well as their meat qualities were determined. In course of studied there were used linear and hybrid ducklings obtained after crossbreeding of parental forms of Belarusian and German crosses of Peking breeds. There were formed 8 groups of one-day old ducklings. In the father's line the first (control) group was presented by pure bred line T1 of Temp cross; in the second group – by hybrid NT1 x T1, obtained after the direct crossing of male ducks of NT1 with female ducks of T1 lines; in the third group – by hybrid T1 x NT1, obtained after the backcrossing of male ducks of T1 with female ducks of NT1 lines; in the fourth group the combination NT1 was obtained by NT1 x NT1. In fifth group the maternal line was presented by pure line of T2 Temp cross (control); the sixth group was presented by hybrid T2N x T2 obtained after direct crossing of male ducks of T2N line with maternal ducks of T2 line; in the eighth group the combination T2N was obtained by T2N x T2N. Research results showed that application of Germal ducks in schemes of crossbreeding rendered the positive influence on live weight increasing of ducklings of father's line. In the carcasses of hybrid ducklings of all studied crossbreeds there was stated the decreasing number of skin with adipose layer and increasing number muscles including the pectoralis

It is determined that diets with protein digestibility of 61-66% in organism of a calve activate fermentative processes in rumen, increase digestibility of nutrients at 3,8-10,1% that allows to obtain the average weigh gains of 1036-1075 g, that is at 4,2-8,1% higher than that of control group at forage spends of 6,79-7,04 forage units

In the experiment with swine there was studied the influence of ultra-violet and various doses of narrow-band red radiation on efficiency and safety of animals. It has been established, that efficiency and safety of animal skilled groups in comparison with animals of control group has risen. Use of an ultra-violet and narrow-band red irradiation with frequency rate of inclusion of red light three times has a day allowed to raise average alive mass of young plants of pigs on 2,5 kg or on 9,1% (Р less than 0,01), a daily average gain - on 9,6%(Р less than 0,001) and safety of animals - on 10%

There was studied the activity of alaninaminotransferase and aspartataminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, gamma-glutamiltranspeptidase, lactate dehydrogenase, cholinesterase, alpha amylase in blood serum, liver and pancreas of replacement young hens. At carrying out of immunization of replacement young hens by a vaccine against infectious laryngotracheitis, developed in Institute of experimental veterinary science, reaction from the party not only bodies of immune system, but also such bodies, as liver and pancreas, takes place. Biochemical reaction of the specified bodies to immunization is a consequence of adaptability of an organism to vaccinal stress. Biochemical changes of display enzymes in blood serum, pancreas and liver are found out. It was marked increase of activity of the given enzymes in liver, pancreas and blood serum so, activity of alaninaminotransferase and aspartataminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, gamma-glutamiltranspeptidase, lactate dehydrogenase increased at birds of trial group in 1,3-1,9 times in comparison with the control. In the tabular form data on activity of alaninaminotransferase, aspartataminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase in liver, pancreas and blood serum of repair young growth of the hens vaccinated against infectious laryngotracheitis are presented. | Целью наших исследований явилось изучение активности аланин- и аспартатаминотрансфераз, щелочной фосфатазы, гамма-глутамилтрансферазы. лактатдегидрогеназы, холинэстеразы, альфа-амилазы, в сыворотке крови, печени и поджелудочной железе ремонтного молодняка кур. При проведении иммунизации ремонтного молодняка кур вакциной против инфекционного ларинготрахеита, разработанной в Институте экспериментальной ветеринарии им. С.Н. Вышелесского НАН РБ имеет место реакция со стороны не только органов иммунной системы, но и таких органов, как печень и поджелудочная железа. Биохимическая реакция указанных органов на иммунизацию является следствием адаптивности организма к вакцинному стрессу. Выяснены биохимические изменения индикаторных ферментов в сыворотке крови, поджелудочной железе и печени. Отмечалось сочетанное повышение активности данных ферментов в печени, поджелудочной железе и сыворотке крови, так, активность АлТ, АсТ, ЩФ, ЛДГ, ГГТФ повышалась у птиц опытной группы в 1,3-1,9 раза по сравнению с контролем. Belarus is among regions, where the selenium content in soil, hence, in cereal and other cultures considerably below requirements that leads to insufficiency of this microelements in a diet as the person, and animals. Synthesized in the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Physiology, Biochemistry and Feeding of Agricultural Animals new organic compound of selenium - selenopyran on variety of criteria has no analogues in the world among considerable quantity selenium of containing preparations and favourably differs from all known forms of microelements. Selenopyran, brought in fats and forages, shows antioxidatic the properties which are not conceding traditionally applied in veterinary science and medicine to antioxidants. Arriving in animal body with forage or in the form of injections, selenopyran is capable to play a role of a metabolic regulator. It activates enzymes of antioxidatic body protection, reduces formation new and will neutralize of earlier formed activeproducts of peroxide lipids oxidations, improves functioning of cellular membranes, normalizes metabolism, makes active cellular, humoral and phagocytal immunity links, raises nonspecific resistance and efficiency of animals. Toxicity of selenopyran more low, than at all known organic connections of selenium, and more than in 100 times is less, than at sodium selenit. The data allow to expand possibilities of application of organic selenium and to use it as a preparation raising resistance and body viability at the expense of the patronage of cellular structures from influence of oxidizers and free radicals, to normalize metabolism and to stimulate thus the big additional body weight at animals. The influence of medicine organic selenium on piglet bodies what are behind a growth and development is shown. The results showing the dynamical changes of haematologicals, physiologicals and biochemicals indices under the influence of selenopyran was given.
