Purpose. To conduct comparative analysis of agro-meteo­rological elements dynamics over the past 35 years and the date and duration of main phenophases of plants of apple varieties to be common for Kyiv Oblast. Methods. Field, comparative, statistical ones, generalization. Results. It was established that Kyiv Oblast has experienced the steady rising of average annual temperature (by 0,6 °С), increase of yearly precipitation (by 20 mm), considerable growth of heat supply level (by 261 °С) in the vegetation period that contributes to the changes in starting date and duration of main phenophases. Conclusions. A significant increase of the sum of active and effective temperatures accumulated for the last 35-year period in Kyiv Oblast at climatological date of occurrence of certain phenophases in the development of apple trees, led to an earlier date of flowering (by 4–5 days). At the same time it did not influence the duration of this phase, but contributed to the reduction of interphase period «the end of flowering–picking maturity of fruits» by 5–12 days. | Цель. Провести сравнительный анализ динамики агрометеоелементов за последние 35 лет и сроков наступления и продолжительности основных фенологических фаз у растений сортов яблони, распространенных на Киевщине. Методы. Полевой, сравнения, обобщения, статистический. Результаты. В Киевской области выявлен устойчивый рост среднегодовой температуры воздуха (на 0,6 °С), увеличение ежегодного количества осадков (на 20 мм), существенное повышение уровня теплообеспечения в вегетационный период (на 261 °С), что способствовало изменениям в сроках наступления и продолжительности основных фенологических фаз. Выводы. Существенный рост суммы эффективных и активных температур, которые накапливаются за последний 35-летний период на Киевщине на климатологическую дату наступления определенных фенологических фаз развития растений яблони, привел к более раннему (на 4–5 дней) началу цветения, не повлиял на продолжительность этой фазы, но способствовал сокращению на 5–12 дней межфазного периода «окончание цветения–съемная зрелость плодов». | Мета. Здійснити порівняльний аналіз динаміки агрометеоелементів за останні 35 років і термінів настання й тривалості основних фенологічних фаз у рослин сортів яблуні, поширених на Київщині. Методи. Польовий, порівняльний, узагальнення, статистичний. Результати. В Київській області виявлено стійке зростання середньорічної температури повітря (на 0,6 °С), збільшення щорічної кількості опадів (на 20 мм), істотне підвищення рівня теплозабезпечення у вегетаційний період (на 261 °С), що зумовило зміну строків настання й тривалості основних фенологічних фаз. Висновки. Істотне зростання суми ефективних і активних температур, які накопичуються за останній 35-річний період на Київщині на кліматологічну дату настання певних фенологічних фаз розвитку рослин яблуні, призвело до більш раннього (на 4–5 днів) початку цвітіння, не вплинуло на тривалість цієї фази, але сприяло скороченню на 5–12 днів міжфазного періоду «закінчення цвітіння–знімальна стиглість плодів».

Purpose. It was found that there were no impact of growth regulators EpinTM and Emistym C on the speed of phenological phases of strawberry plants development. It was experimentally determined the impact of mentioned substances on the yield of most studied varieties. Laboratory analysis has confirmed the changes in biochemical composition of strawberries. Conclusions. The use of growth regulators EpinTM end Emistym C had a positive effect on fruit yield and quality of studied strawberry varieties. Spraying with these substances increased yields by 14–51% as compared with the control. Content of sugars, dry matter and vitamin C in berries of most of varieties was increasing. At the same time the level of acidity in case of spraying with growth regulators was significantly reducing. | Цель. Изучение влияния регуляторов роста ЭпинTM и Эмистим С на показатели урожайности и качества ягод пяти сортов садовой земляники (Fragaria ananassa (Weston) Duсhesne ex Rozier) разных сроков созревания. Методы. Полевой, лабораторный, аналитический, статис­тический. Результаты. Установлено отсутствие влияния регуляторов роста ЕпинTM и Эмистим С на скорость прохождения фенологических фаз развития растений садовой земляники. Экспериментально определено влияние этих веществ на урожайность большинства изучаемых сортов. Проведенный лабораторный анализ подтверждает изменения в биохимическом составе ягод земляники. Выводы. Применение регуляторов роста ЕпинTM и Эмистим С положительно влияет на урожайность и качество плодов исследованных сортов садовой земляники. Опрыскивание этими веществами способствовало повышению урожайности на 14‒51% по сравнению с контролем. Возрастало содержание сахаров, сухого вещества и витамина С в ягодах большинства сортов. В то же время уровень кислотности существенно снижался. | Мета. Вивчення впливу регуляторів росту ЕпінТМ та Емістим С на показники врожайності та якості ягід п’яти сортів садової суниці (Fragaria ananassa (Weston) DuсhesneexRozier) різних строків достигання. Методи. Польовий, лабораторний, аналітичний, статистичний. Результати. Встановлено відсутність дії регуляторів росту ЕпінТМ та Емістим С на швидкість проходження фенологічних фаз розвитку рослин садової суниці. Експериментально визначено вплив цих речовин на врожайність більшості досліджуваних сортів. Проведений лабораторний аналіз підтверджує зміни в біохімічному складі ягід суниці. Висновки. Застосування регуляторів росту ЕпінТМ та Емістим С позитивно впливає на врожайність і якість плодів досліджених сортів садової суниці. Обприскування цими речовинами сприяло підвищенню врожайності на 14–51% порівняно з контролем. Зростав вміст цукрів, сухої речовини та вітаміну С у ягодах більшості сортів. Водночас рівень кислотності при обприскуванні препаратами істотно знижувався.

Purpose. To use GGE biplot analysis for assessing varia­bility of spring barley varieties yield and identify the most valuable genotypes. Methods. Field, mathematical-and-statistical ones. Results. GGE biplot in the form of polygon showed that environments Е1, Е3 and Е4 form the first «megaenvironment» in which Donetskyi 15 variety «wins», environment E2 – the second «megaenvironment» in which Vzirets variety «wins». The varieties Stepovyk and Donetskyi  14 had the highest average yield while the varieties Modern, Vektor, and Kozvan were marked by their high stability. The Stepovyk variety appeared to be an «ideal» genotype in terms of combining yield capacity and its stability as compared to other genotypes. The Donetskyi 14, Kosar and Alegro varieties are also valuable regarding yield capa­city and stability. Conclusions. According to the results of studies, GGE biplot is recommended to use for analysis of environmental test data. | Цель. Применить GGE biplot анализ для оценки изменчивости урожайности сортов ячменя ярового и выделить наиболее ценные генотипы. Методы. Полевые, математико-статистические. Результаты. GGE biplot в виде многоугольника показал, что сорт Донецкий 15 был лучшим в первой «мегасреде», которую образуют среды Е1, Е3 и Е4, а сорт Взирец – в высокопродуктивной среде Е2. Сорта Степовик и Донецкий 14 имели самую высокую среднюю урожайность, в то время как сорта Модерн, Вектор и Козван характеризовались высокой ее стабильностью. Сорт Степовик оказался «идеальным» генотипом с точки зрения сочетания урожайности и ее стабильности по сравнению с остальными генотипами. Сорта Донецкий 14, Косар и Алегро также являются ценными по урожайности и стабильности. Выводы. По результатам исследований рекомендовано использовать GGE biplot для анализа результатов экологического сор­тоиспытания. | Мета. Застосувати GGE biplot аналіз для оцінки мінливості врожайності сортів ячменю ярого та виділити найбільш цінні генотипи. Методи. Польові, математико-статистичні. Результати. GGE biplot у вигляді багатокутника показав, що середовища Е1, Е3 та Е4 утворюють перше «мегасередовище», в якому «виграє» сорт Донецький 15, друге – середовище Е2, в якому «виграє» сорт Взірець. Сорти Степовик та Донецький 14 мали найвищу середню врожайність, тоді як сорти Модерн, Вектор і Козван характеризувалися високою її стабільністю. Сорт Степовик виявився «ідеальним» генотипом з погляду поєднання врожайності та її стабільності порівняно з іншими генотипами. Сорти Донецький 14, Косар і Алегро також є цінними за врожайністю та її стабільністю. Висновки. За результатами досліджень рекомендовано використовувати GGE biplot для аналізу результатів екологічного випробування.

Field, laboratory, analytical and statistical ones. Results. Ten C. сhinensis cultivars of theGerman breeding were tested under conditions of the Central Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine. Biomorphological traits of the varieties of five sort types were identified, and their comparative analysis was conducted. Seasonal dynamics of growth and development of cultivars in the growing area was studied. Conclusions. Cultivars with short and mean duration phases of development can be grown under conditions of the Central Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine by direct sowing that does not affect their seed productivity and sowing quality of seeds. Seeds of late cultivars can reach complete maturity only in case of seedling use. C. chinensis cultivars of the German breeding have successfully passed the initial test for suitability to introduction into the studied area. | Цель. Определение перспективности интродукции культиваров Callistephus chinensis зарубежной селекции для дальнейшего культивирования в условиях центральной Лесостепи Украины. Методы. Полевой, лабораторный, аналитический и статистический. Результаты. Проведено сортоиспытание десять культиваров C. сhinensis немецкой селекции в условиях центральной Лесостепи Украины. Установлены биоморфологические особенности сортов пяти сортотипов, проведен их сравнительный анализ. Изучена сезонная динамика роста и развития культиваров в исследуемой зоне выращивания. Выводы. Культивары с мало- и среднепродолжительными фазами развития в условиях центральной Лесостепи Украины можно выращивать безрассадным способом, что не влияет на их семенную продуктивность и посевные качества семян. Полное созревание семян у поздних сортов возможно лишь при условии рассадной культуры. Культивары C. chinensis немецкой селекции успешно прошли первичное интродукционное испытание в исследуемой зоне. | Мета. Визначення перспективності інтродукції культи­варів Callistephus chinensis зарубіжної селекції для подальшого культивування в умовах центрального Лісостепу України. Методи. Польовий, лабораторний, аналітичний та статистичний. Результати. Проведено сортовипробування десять культиварів C. сhinensis німецької селекції в умовах центрального Лісостепу України. Встановлено біоморфологічні особливості сортів п’яти сортотипів, проведено їх порівняльний аналіз. Вивчено сезонну динаміку росту та розвитку культиварів у досліджуваній зоні вирощування. Висновки. Культивари з коротко- й середньотривалими фазами розвитку в умовах центрального Лісостепу України можна вирощувати безрозсадним способом, що не впливає на їхню насіннєву продуктивність та посівні якості насіння. Повне дости­гання насіння у пізніх сортів можливе лише за умов розсадної культури. Культивари C. chinensis німецької селекції успішно пройшли первинне інтродукційне випробування в досліджуваній зоні.

Purpose. Assessing under in vitro conditions the degree of resistance to agents of bacterial diseases of tomato varie­ties which are included into the State Register of plant varieties suitable for dissemination in Ukraine in 2015. Defining integrated biochemical indices of the quality of tomato fruits with different resistance to agents of bacterial disea­ses. Methods. In the course of performance biotechnological methods were used to select callus cells with increased resistance to the agents of bacterial diseases, biochemical ones – determine qualitative and quantitative indicators of the tomato fruit quality, statistical ones – analyse experimental data. Results. Studied tomato varieties of Ukrainian breeding had different resistance to warm cells of agents of bacterial speck, bacterial black spot and to exopolysaccharides of bacterial canker agents. ‘Chaika’, ‘Klondaik’, ‘Zoreslav’, ‘Flandriia’, ‘Legin’, ‘Oberig’, ‘Atlasnyi’, ‘Gospodar’ and ‘Kimmeriiets’ tomato varieties were distinguished by high palatability traits and quality. Conclusions. It was found that tomato varieties ‘Chaika’, ‘Klondaik’ and ‘Zoreslav’ are resistant to bacterial canker, bacterial speck and bacterial black spot; ‘Flandriia’ and ‘Legin’ – to bacterial black spot, ‘Oberig’, ‘Atlasnyi’, ‘Gospodar’ and ‘Kimmeriiets’ – to bacterial speck. | Цель. Оценить степень устойчивости против возбудителей бактериальных болезней в условиях in vitro сортов томатов, которые внесены в Государственный реестр сортов растений, пригодных для распространения в Украине на 2015 год. Определить интегральные биохимические показатели качества плодов томатов с разной устойчивостью против возбудителей бактериозов. Методы. В процессе выполнения работы использованы биотехнологические методы для отбора каллусных клеток с повышенной устойчивостью против возбудителей бактериальных болезней, биохимические – определения качественных и количественных показателей качества плодов томатов, статистические – обработки экспериментальных данных. Результаты. Исследованные сорта томатов украинской селекции имели разную устойчивость к прогретым клеткам возбудителей бактериальной крапчатости, черной бактериальной пятнистости и экзополисахаридам возбудителей бактериального рака. Высокими вкусовыми и качественными свойствами отличались сорта ‘Чайка’, ‘Клондайк’, ‘Зореслав’, ‘Фландрия’, ‘Легинь’, ‘Оберег’, ‘Атласный’, ‘Господар’ и ‘Киммериец’. Выводы. Установлено, что сорта томатов ‘Чайка’, ‘Клондайк’ и ‘Зореслав’ устойчивы к возбудителям бактериального рака, бактериальной крапчатости и бактериальной пятнистости; ‘Фландрия’, ‘Легинь’ – к бактериальной пятнистости, а ‘Оберег’, ‘Атласный’, ‘Господар’ и ‘Киммериец’ – к бактериальной крапчатости. | Мета. Оцінити ступінь стійкості проти збудників бактеріальних хвороб в умовах invitro сортів томатів, які внесено до Державного реєстру сортів рослин, придатних для поширення в Україні на 2015 рік. Визначити інтегральні біохімічні показники якості плодів томатів з різною стійкістю проти збудників бактеріозів. Методи. У процесі виконання роботи використано біотехнологічні методи для відбору калюсних клітин з підвищеною стійкістю проти збудників бактеріальних хвороб, біохімічні – визначення якісних і кількісних показників якості плодів томатів, статистичні – обробки експериментальних даних. Результати. Досліджені сорти томатів української селекції мали різну стійкість проти прогрітих клітин збудників бактеріальної крапчастості й чорної бактеріальної плямистості та екзополісахаридів збудників бактеріального раку. Високими смаковими та якісними властивостями відзначилися сорти ‘Чайка’, ‘Клондайк’, ‘Зореслав’, ‘Фландрія’, ‘Легінь’, ‘Оберіг’, ‘Атласний’, ‘Господар’ та ‘Кіммерієць’. Висновки. Встановлено, що сорти томатів ‘Чайка’, ‘Клондайк’ і ‘Зореслав’ є стійкими проти бактеріального раку, бактеріальної крапчастості та бактеріальної плямистості; ‘Фландрія’ й ‘Легінь’ – проти бактеріальної плямистості, ‘Оберіг’, ‘Атласний’, ‘Господар’ та ‘Кіммерієць’ – проти бактеріальної крапчастості.

Purpose. To study morphometric parameters of fruits (cypselae) of purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench) of ‘Zirka Mykoly Vavylova’ cultivar and pale coneflower (Echinacea pallida (Nutt.) Nutt) of ‘Krasunia Prerii’ cultivar and determine the impact of agro-meteorological factors on their performance according to long-term data. Methods. Laboratory, Mathematics and Statistics. Results. It was found that the parameters of cypselae and its weight in various types of coneflowers varied considerably from year to year. In this context the indicators of cypselae width and thickness had a larger variability as compared with the length. Mean length of Echinacea purpurea ranged from 4,57 to 6,16 mm, width – 2,30–2,97 mm, thickness – 1,74–2,28 mm. Weight of a cypselae made up 4,40–6,50 mg. Length of a fruit of Echinacea pallida was 4,57–5,74 mm, width – 2,51–3,18 mm, thickness – 1,76–2,37 mm, and a fruit weight varied from 5,65 to 7,70 mg. The correlation analysis revealed reliable connection of agro-climatic parameters and the parameters of the fruit. Conclusions. Using long-term data, the morphology of cypselaes of two Echinacea species introduced to Ukraine were studied, their basic parameters and the variability of indicators, connection with agro-climatic factors that is necessary to consider in crop growing for seeds . | Цель. Изучить морфометрические параметры плодов (семянок) эхинацеи пурпурной (Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench) сорта ‘Зирка Мыколы Вавылова’ и эхинацеи бледной (Echinacea pallida (Nutt.) Nutt) сорта ‘Красуня Прерий’ и определить влияния агрометеорологических факторов на их показатели на основании многолетних данных. Методы. Лабораторный, математико-статистический. Результаты. Установлено, что параметры семянки и её масса у разных видов эхинацеи существенно менялась по годам. При этом показатели ширины и толщины семянки имели большую вариабельность по сравнению с длиной. У эхинацеи пурпурной средняя длина селянки колебалась в диапазоне 4,57–6,16 мм, ширина – 2,30–2,97 мм, толщина – 1,76–2,37 мм, а масса одного плода от 5,65 мг до 7,70 мг. У эхинацеи бледной длина плода составляла 4,57–5,74 мм, ширина – 2,51–3,18 мм, толщина – 1,76–2,37 мм. Масса одной семянки составляла 4,40–6,50 мг. У эхинацеи бледной длина плода составляла 4,57–5,74 мм, ширина – 2,51–3,18 мм, толщина – 1,76–2,37 мм, масса одного плода – от 5,65 до 7,70 мг. Корреляционный анализ позволил установить достоверную связь агроклиматических показателей с параметрами плодов. Выводы. По многолетним данным были изучены особенности морфологи семянок двух видов эхинацеи, интродуцированных в Украину, их основные параметры и вариабельность признаков, связь с агроклиматическими факторами, что необходимо учитывать во время выращивания культуры на семена. | Мета. Вивчитиморфометричні параметри плодів (сім’янок) ехінацеї пурпурової (Echinaceapurpurea (L.) Moench) сорту ‘Зірка Миколи Вавилова’ та ехінацеї блідої (Echinaceapallida (Nutt.) Nutt) сорту ‘Красуня Прерій’ та визначити вплив агрометеорологічних чинників на їхні показники за багаторічними даними. Методи. Лабораторний, математико-статистичний. Результати. Встановлено, що параметри сім’янки та її маса в різних видів ехінацеї істотно змінювалися за роками. При цьому показники ширини й товщини сім’янки мали більшу варіабельність порівняно з довжиною. В ехінацеї пурпурової середня довжина сім’янки коливалась у межах 4,57–6,16 мм, ширина – 2,30–2,97 мм, товщина – 1,74–2,28 мм. Маса однієї сім’янки становила 4,40–6,50 мг. В ехінацеї блідої довжина плоду становила 4,57–5,74 мм, ширина – 2,51–3,18 мм, товщина – 1,76–2,37 мм, маса одного плоду – від 5,65 до 7,70 мг. Кореляційний аналіз дав можливість встановити достовірний зв’язок агрокліматичних чинників з параметрами плодів. Висновки. За багаторічними даними було вивчено особливості морфології сім’янок двох видів ехінацеї, інтродукованих в Україну, їхні основні параметри та варіабельність ознак, зв’язок з агрокліматичними чинниками, що необхідно враховувати під час вирощування культури на насіння.

Methods. Field, laboratory, analytical and statistical ones. Results. Peculiarities of the formation of productivity of varieties and its stability cultivation on the condions of cultivation in edaphic-climatic zones, subzones and microzones, including favourable and unfavou­rable years were studied. For realizing the potential of their productivity, it is advisable to introduce a differentiated approach to their cultivation in agri-climatic zones, subzones, microzones according to the requirements of biological characteristics of varieties, their natural adaptive capacity, natural and ecological environment of these zones. Complementary varieties were identified and recommended for use in edaphic-climatic zones, subzones and microzones that demonstrated high plasticity, better adaptability to favourable agri-ecological factors and were more tolerant and resistant to adverse ones. Conclusions. According to the set of productivity and ecological plasticity indices, it is desirable to cultivate varieties Sotnytsya, Kalancha, Hurt, Tonatsiya, Dobrochyn, Gubernator Donu in the Steppe zone; Sotnytsya, Oriyka, Lira Odeska, Tatsitus and Fidelius – in the Forest-Steppe; Tatsitus, Fidelius, Sailor, Etela – in the Polissia. | Цель. Изучение влияния агроэкологических условий почвенно-климатических макро- и микрозон на адаптивность и продуктивность новых сортов пшеницы мягкой озимой, выявление и отбор взаимодополняющих сортов для соответствующих условий. Методы. Полевой, лабораторный, аналитический и статистический. Результаты. Исследовано особенности формирования продуктивнос­ти сортов и ее стабильности в зависимости от условий выращивания в почвенно-климатических зонах, подзонах и микрозонах, в том числе в благоприятные и неблагоприятные годы. Для реализации потенциала продуктивности целесообразно внедрять дифференцированный подход к распространению их в агроклиматических зонах, подзонах, микрозонах в соответствии с требованиями биологических свойств сортов, в частности их естественной адаптивной способности и условий природно-экологичес­кой среды этих зон. Выявлены и рекомендованы взаимодополняющие сорта с высокой пластичностью, лучшей адаптивностью к благоприятным агроэкологическим факторам, а также более толерантные и устойчивые к неблагоприятным, для использования в почвенно-климатических зонах, подзонах и микрозонах. Выводы. По комплексу показателей продуктивности и экологической пластичности в зоне Степи следует выращивать сорта Сотница, Каланча, Гурт, Тонация, Доброчин, Губернатор Дона; Лесостепи – Сотница, Орийка, Лира одесская, Тацитус и Фиделиус; Полесья – Тацитус, Фиделиус, Сейлор, Этела. | Мета. Вивчення впливу агроекологічних умов ґрунтово-кліматичних макро- й мікрозон на адаптивність та продуктивність нових сортів пшениці м’якої озимої, виявлення та добір взаємодоповнюючих сортів для відповідних умов. Методи. Польовий, лабораторний, аналітичний та статистичний. Результати. Досліджено особливості формування продуктивності сортів та її стабільності залежно від умов вирощування в ґрунтово-кліматичних зонах, підзонах і мікрозонах, у тому числі в сприятливі й несприятливі роки. Для реалізації потенціалу продуктивності доцільно впроваджувати диференційований підхід до поширення їх в агрокліматичних зонах, підзонах, мікрозонах відповідно до вимог біологічних властивостей сортів, зокрема їхньої природної адаптивної здатності та умов природно-екологічного середовища цих зон. Виявлено й рекомендовано взаємодоповнюючі сорти з високою пластичністю, кращою адаптивністю до сприятливих агроекологічних чинників, а також толерантніші та стійкіші до несприятливих, для використання в ґрунтово-кліматичних зонах, підзонах і мікрозонах. Висновки. Issues are identified that arise during soil sampling at institutions for plant varieties examination within the state system of plant varieties protection. The author considered in detail the current soil sampling techniques for agrochemical tes­ting for humus, nitrogen (compounds to be easily hydrolyzed), mobile P2O5, exchangeable K2O, hydrolytic acidity and others. Attention was paid to violation of methodological requirements concerning the time of soil sampling and number of samples for agrochemical testing at the experimental field, to the lack of devices for meteorological observation and appliances for soil and leaf diagnostics. The article also touches upon the issues associated with the study of soil cover at fields with scientifically-based crop rotation that belong to institutions for plant varieties examination within the state system of plant varieties protection. Conclusions. It should be necessary to follow recommended practice when sampling at elementary sites for agrochemical testing and performing all operations in accordance with crop cultivation flowcharts. General recommendations for agrochemical testing of fields in case of conventional crop rotations in farms are not suitable for fields with scientifically-based crop rotations at institutions for plant varieties examination. | Цель. Рассмотреть пути решения проблем исследования почвенного покрова в учреждениях экспертизы сор­тов растений. Методы. Полевой и аналитический. Результаты. Изложены проблемы, возникающие во время отбора проб почвы в учреждениях экспертизы государственной системы охраны прав на сорта растений. Детально описаны действующие методики отбора проб почвы для проведения агрохимического анализа на содержание гумуса, азота (соединения, которые легко гидролизуются), подвижного P2O5, обменного K2O, гидролитической кислотности и др. Обращено внимание на нарушение методических требований к срокам отбора проб почвы и количества образцов для агрохимического обследования на опытном поле, на отсутствие оборудования для проведения метео­рологических наблюдений и приборов для почвенной и листовой диагностики. Раскрыта также суть возникших проблем, которые связанны с исследованием почвенного покрова полей научных севооборотов учреждений экспертизы государственной системы охраны прав на сорта растений. Выводы. Необходимо придерживаться методических рекомендаций как при отборе проб с элементарных участков для агрохимического обследования, так и в ходе выполнения всех операций в соответствии с технологическими картами выращивания сельскохозяйственных культур. Общие рекомендации для проведения агрохимического обследования полей в обычных сево­оборотах хозяйств не подходят для обследований полей научных севооборотов учреждений экспертизы. | Мета. Розглянути шляхи розв’язання проблем дослідження ґрунтового покриву в закладах експертизи сортів рослин. Методи. Польовий та аналітичний. Результати. Викладено проблеми, що виникають під час відбирання проб ґрунту в закладах експертизи державної системи охорони прав на сорти рослин. Докладно описано чинні методики відбирання проб ґрунту для проведення агрохімічного аналізу на вміст гумусу, азоту (сполук, які легко гідролізуються), рухомого P2O5, обмінного K2O, гідролітичної кислотності та ін. Звернуто увагу на порушення методичних вимог щодо термінів відбирання проб ґрунту та кількості зразків для агрохімічного обстеження на дослідному полі, на відсутність обладнання для проведення метеорологічних спостережень і приладів для ґрунтової та листкової діагностики. Розкрито також сутність проблем, пов’язаних з дослідженням ґрунтового покриву полів наукових сівозмін закладів експертизи державної системи охорони прав на сорти рослин. Висновки. Необхідно дотримуватись методичних рекомендацій як під час відбирання проб з елементарних ділянок для агрохімічного обстеження, так і в ході виконання всіх операцій згідно з технологічними картами вирощування сільськогосподарських культур. Загальні рекомендації для проведення агрохімічного обстеження полів у звичайних сівозмінах господарств не підходять для обстеження полів наукових сівозмін закладів експертизи.

To study interactions among the representatives of the genus Salix L. through the cluster analysis, form groups of closely related species and hybrid forms basing on differences of morphological parameters of leaves. Methods. Field, cluster analysis and tree graphics. Results. Willow species were grouped according to absolute parameters of leaf, and three groups of clusters were identified. The degree of affinity between species were assessed using values of an Euclidean distance. Distinctive features of leaf parameters were defined: length of a leaf blade (Ll), distance (cm) between the leaf tip and its maximum width (SDmxT) and the distance between the leaf tip (cm) and the line of its width that corresponds to the length of petiole (SLpT). Conclusions. Using the willow species collection as an example, diagnostically valuable quantitative parameters of leaves were revealed, the use of which allows to identify willow species and hybrid forms through PC applications. | Цель. С помощью кластерного анализа исследовать взаи­мосвязи между представителями рода Salix L., сформировать группы видов и гибридных форм, близкородственных между собой, основываясь на различиях морфологических параметров листьев. Методы. Полевой, кластерного анализа и древовидной графики. Результаты. Виды ивы сгруппированы по абсолютным показателям листка и выделены три группы кластеров. Оценена степень родства видов между собой по значению евклидового расстояния. Определены отличительные показатели листка: длина лис­товой пластинки (Ll), расстояние (см) от верхушки листа до максимальной его ширины (SDmxT) и расстояние от верхушки листа до линии (см) ширины, соответствующей длине черешка (SLрT). Выводы. На примере коллекции ивы обнаружены диагностически ценные количественные показатели листьев, использование которых дает возможность идентифицировать виды и гибридные формы ивы с помощью прикладных программ для ПК. | Мета.
