Effect of mineral fertilization (NPK) on the formation of microbiocenosis and the content of amino acids in the biomass of soil microorganisms of mountain grass ecosystems

The authors found that the applied NPK mineral fertilization favoured the quantitative and qualitative increase of the biomass of soil microorganisms and contributed to increase of the microbial activity of soils as well as the ecologigal stability of mountain grass ecosystems. The dose N240-P80-K80 per hectare and year also caused a considerable increase in content of amino acids and riboflavin in the biomass of soil microorganisms
